We started a pet service business when we realized how important it is to have a reliable, consistent, and compassionate pet care provider that both the owner and pet can trust.
We wanted to take a step further and provide a service that adds fun, games, and training into our housesitting, drop in, and dog walking services. We believe having a stable petcare provider in your pet’s life will provide a stress free time for the whole family.

How can I be ensured my pet’s safety with you?
We are insured with Pet Care Insurance. We want to provide a peace of mind that you, your pets, and your home are in good care. If any emergencies does arise with your pet in our care, we are one phone call away from WhiskerDocs, a team of licensed vet and vet techs avaiaible 24/7.
Which service is right for us?
We provide a variety of services to match you and your pet’s needs. Please contact us to discuss further into what service is right for your family. One time booking, weekly, or once a month, we are happy to care for your pets.
What is your cancellation policy?
For scheduled recurring walks and visits, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation. There will be no penalties incurred for such cancellations. Regarding one-time booking request, we offer two options: either a credit for the next visit or a full refund. Kindly inform us of your preference.
What are your experiences providing care for different breeds?
This year alone, my husband and I have cared for over 100 dogs, cats and a bunny. We encountered from low energy to high energy with all kinds of reactivity. Please be sure to indicate any reactivity or concerns with us when filling out our Google form. We are happy to work with you.
Do you charge for meet and greets or evaluations?
At this time, we do charge for meet and greets and evaluations. It’s a great chance for you to meet us and allowing us to meet your furry family member. We want to make sure we are the right fit for them.
Can you accommodate special needs or specific request for my pets?
Absolutely, as long as it’s instructed clearly to us. When filling out our Google Form, please provide detailed instructions. We have experience administrating oral medication, both liquid and pill form for dogs and cats. We do our due dilligence to provide a thorough pet care service.
Do you care for puppies?
Taking care of puppies is hard work and we are happy to provide the needed break puppy parents need to catch up to their energy. Please contact us to discuss further into a a servce that is right for you.
How should I give you access to our house?
If you do not have a keypad entry to your door, we highly suggest purchasing a lockbox. This way we don’t have to schedule key pickup and dropoff and you always have access to your keys.
We are happy to respond to other questions and concerns. We take pride in our customer service and flexibility of our service.
We use homemade dog treats that our mother and I produce and sell. We use simple natural ingredients and provide a variety of flavors from chicken to salmon skin. Check us out!
